We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will process a full refund no questions asked.

Section 2 - Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Photos may be required for damaged or defective claims

Section 3 - Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 3 days of delivery at KickSparkSupport@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange either:

  • A free replacement shipped to you
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Section 4 - Non Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer
  • Items without proof of purchase

Section 5 - Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Section 6 - Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at KickSparkSupport@gmail.com. After 24 hours your order may already be processed and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
